Jeff Macco is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of SeedPaths, a training and recruiting company that helps individuals, organizations and communities reach their highest potential by providing world-class professional and career development training to students, job seekers and employers.
Jeff’s investments and passions as an entrepreneur include an Alaskan gold-mining company, AppIt Ventures (mobile software development) and SeedPaths (software training and recruiting).
Jeff is an award-winning public speaker and jointly achieved the grand prize from two business plan competitions in 2012 (Bard Center for Entrepreneurship and the City of Denver’s JumpStart BizPlan awards).
Jeff finished first in his MBA class from the University of Colorado at Denver and has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. During his MBA career, Jeff helped manage the university’s venture capital fund, reviewed over 50 deals and lead the due diligence efforts on two investments (UrgentRx and Viktorian Guitars).
Jeff’s mission in life is to help other people succeed. This mission is typically carried out through the lens of business. He has a soft spot in his heart for going out of his way to make a positive impact in the lives of others and the communities that surround them.
